Manor Sustainability Consulting offers an Energy Efficiency Assessment to identify tangible savings in operating costs and improve the Triple Bottom Line (financial, social and environmental).

The Energy Efficiency Assessment commences with a Level 2 energy audit, in which energy-consuming activities and sources of energy related greenhouse gas (“GHG”) emissions at a particular site are critically and objectively examined.

A detailed report follows (usually around 30 - 50 pages), with sections including energy consumption analysis and energy performance benchmarking. The report adds value to your business by providing a detailed set of fully costed measures for improving energy efficiency and reducing GHG emissions. A framework for developing an Energy Management Plan is also provided.

We find a match for your business within our network of energy efficient technology suppliers and can assist with finance to offset upfront technology upgrade costs. Finance is tailored to provide cashflow-positive returns from the time the new technology is put into use and return on investment is usually very attractive. Many of our clients to date have enjoyed permanent annual energy (and financial) savings of around 20 - 30%.
